  1. Who We Are & What This Is
    We, Unewverse, Inc. ("we," "us"), are conducting a pre-alpha test for OOJU ("Product"). This policy outlines how we manage your personal data during this test. We act as the data controller. For privacy inquiries, please contact us at support@ooju.world.

    To enhance the Product, we collect the following data:

    • Tester Info: Your email and name for test registration.

    • Usage Data: Information on how you use the Product features, including actions and errors.

    • Performance & Device Data: Crash reports and relevant system/device information.

    • Feedback: Any bugs, suggestions, or comments you provide. We only collect what is necessary for this test.

    Upon completion of the test, all test-specific personal data will be deleted or fully anonymized.

    This pre-alpha test and all related information about the Product are strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, its features, design, performance, documentation, any communications related to the test, and any future plans or ideas shared with you. You agree not to disclose, publish, share, or disseminate any confidential information about the Product or this test to any third party (including on social media, public forums, etc.) without our prior written consent. You also agree to take reasonable measures to protect this confidential information. This obligation continues even after the test concludes or if you opt out.

    You have rights regarding your data, including:

    • Access: Request a copy of your data.

    • Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data.

    • Erasure (Deletion): Request the deletion of your data (especially upon opting out).
